Our students ventured outside to
find signs of spring, and then created a poem based on their findings. It was
amazing to see what they came up with!
Blue Group:
Spring
Spring,
Spring, we love Spring!
We see…
Buds
blooming,
Green
grass growing,
Bugs and
worms wiggling.
Bears
wake up.
Birds
come home to tweet and sing.
The
Easter bunny makes chocolate eggs,
And the
chocolate eggs bring hope.
Red Group:
I Love Spring!
Maple
seeds fly when you throw them up in the sky.
There are
buds growing on the trees.
There are
seeds growing in the grass.
Flowers
grow too.
Birds are
tweeting and they fly.
There are
rainbows in the sky.
We can
splash in rivers and swim in lakes.
Bugs
crawl all around.
