We were very excited to see the enormous pumpkin Tyson brought to show our class! Students noticed many differences between this pumpkin and the small pumpkin Tumelo had brought for our class. There were lots of questions about pumpkins that arose, and we decided we needed to visit a little pumpkin patch.
So, we walked over to Rylee's garden to see her pumpkins!
We loved exploring in the garden, and even found some little strawberries. Rylee told us how the pumpkins grew in her garden, and we saw that there were 8 pumpkins in all. Rylee chose a pumpkin to bring back with us to school, and we have decided to decorate it with a face.
